It started as a bet and I have continued to be a vegetarian for 33 years.
I have accepted the labels of vegetarian, vegan, plant based, fruitarian, raw fooder, raw live vegan, kosher vegan, and just eating clean and healthy.
I have experienced tremendous levels of peace of mind by committing to a vegetarian lifestyle.
I am a raw vegan live chef. I am a certified Health Coach and Raw Food Coach and Trainer, IARFCT.
I have created recipes, menus, catered events, ran a family business cafe, worked in various raw vegan restaurants.
I have given countless food demos and prepared delicious vegan meals for corporate wellness, yoga, fitness, wellness retreats
I have sat at the feet of amazing raw vegan chefs and creative individuals and have extensive library of nutrition and health materials.
And my living Libray is available to you in a private health coaching call or having me as a guest speaker for your organization.
When we committ to something bigger than ourselves, we tend to make more progress. Join me and my private Facebook groups with health and fitness challenges. You will be glad you did! Get inspiration, support, fitness exercise workouts, recipes, accountability and see results.
I was a professional yoga athlete, yoga teacher, pilates instructor, professional ballet and modern dancer, very active life of dancing, surfing, skateboarding, rock climbing, bike riding, extreme hiking.
IN one INTERSECTION, it all changed.
I had a car accident, I was hit by a drunk driver, got seriously injured, went from size XS and gained weight to excess size of 3X weighing 302 pounds, got depressed, lost my business.
I surrendered, fought my way through the struggles, changed my binge eating habits, went to the gym doing cardio everyday, did power yoga, completed DVDs and online exercise workouts and lost 163 pounds --
that's an entire person!!!! I continue to practice yoga, pilates, ballet, dance, hike and surf, though not at the same intensity! :)
I continue to work through my injuries and a TBI, love myself a little more one day at a time and with new priorities love myself as I am injuries and all. Join me and my private Facebook Health and Fitness Challenge groups and live a life that is active and ALIVE!
