Having overcome a past of trauma and abuse, I have learned the art of saying NO! and creating safety plans when dealing with narcisssists and drug addicts. Learning how to create and maintain boundaries minimizes stress and overwhelm.

My mother taught me God is in the details. Get rid of those dust bunnies and create a simple cleaning schedule .

What has kept me going is various forms of inspiration, The Word, affirmations, simplicity, minimalism, and overall letting go.

Having a Traumatic Brain Injury, I have had to learn and relearn specific coping devices that allow me to live my life with ease.

With a background in Graphic Design,  Web Design, and having owned a Sign Company, I had a good foundation in person organic marketing but I have had to learn to navigate a changing landscape with digital marketing and having an online presence to scale up my business.
