I taught #Yoga to 10,000 #blind adults
I was invited as a guest teacher and public speaker to teach a public seated yoga class to 10,000 blind participants in Dallas at the NFB National Federation of the Blind convention after creating a Yoga Program for the NFB in Baltimore.
I taught group yoga classes and private lessons to many blind adults, teens and kids. It was an amazing experience that I will never forget that has forever changed my own personal yoga practice of truly listening to my body, mind and spirit with eyes closed and learning the art of going within and trusting the LORD GOD of my understanding.
